When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10-15 minutes.
Brush the cauliflower with olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper.
Place in a cast iron skillet and place directly on the grill grate and cook 45 minutes until golden brown and the center is tender.
While the cauliflower is cooking, combine the melted butter, parmesan, garlic and parsley in a small bowl.
During the last 20 minutes of cooking, baste the cauliflower with the melted butter mixture.
Remove the cauliflower from the grill and top with extra parmesan and parsley if desired. Enjoy!
