Traeger Pork Chops

These cuts have got some serious chops. Blackened Saskatchewan Rub, a little salt and pepper and some hickory wood-fired flavor take these pork chops to the top.

Ingredients

  • 2 (1 1/2-inch thick) PORK CHOPS
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • 2 (1 1/2-inch thick) PORK CHOPS
  • Kosher Salt, to taste

Preparation

Rub salt and Blackened Traeger Saskatchewan rub into pork chops.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.

Place pork chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes flipping once halfway through.

Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Enjoy!
