Grilled Honey Bourbon Peaches

Peaches are the sweet meat of summer, so grab a few and give 'em the smear and sear. With our Bourbon honey butter glaze, they grill up tender and dripping with flavor. Natural sweetness with a touch of fire is the perfect man-style confection.

Ingredients

  • 6 Peaches
  • 1/8 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Bourbon
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 450 degrees F (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed (10-15 minutes).

On the stove in a saucepan, combine the honey, bourbon, and butter. Cook until melted and set aside.

Halve the peaches, remove the stones and brush with the honey-bourbon sauce.

Place the peaches cut side down on the grill until grill marks are achieved.

Remove from grill and top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
